48 Hours To Go

Hey, everyone! Shout out to new contributor Ralph Magnan! Thank you! And major shout outs to my mom and dad! Thank you so much for contributing. Thank you for ALWAYS supporting my dreams!

We’ve got 48hrs left of the campaign to raise funds for my new show Every Woman: A Tribute To The DIVAS. This show is a dream in the making for me. It’s my step of faith stepping out on my own as a solo artist. Quite honestly, I had been afraid to do this for so many years for so many different reasons. But I’m not afraid anymore. Producing and performing this show for me is a sign of strength, determination and faith. The songs and Divas I’ve chosen to be a part of this show represent all those things for me. My heart has always been to be a sign of encouragement to follow your dreams.

I’m asking for your help in making my dreams come true. Please consider contributing in these final hours of the fundraiser. Every little bit helps:

Thank you again to everyone who has contributed.

First Show Day…Back On Broadway Tour

The schedule was tight, but we all knew what we had signed up for. We had 12 days to learn and rehearse a brand new, 2hr, broadway revue. It was long days. We all got a few bumps and bruises along the way and there were more than a few exhausted tears shed…but we did it! Some may say that’s not enough time, but when you have a seasoned cast as talented as this one, you make it happen!

We were under the excellent direction of Scott Seidl, expertly choreographed by Laurin Floyd, with performance and vocal direction by Victoria Lyn Venier.

And here we are ready for opening night in Marshalltown, IA at the MHS Community Auditorium. At first glance at our tour schedule, it looks like a bunch of random high schools. But I can assure you, my high school
auditorium didn’t look like this.

Oh wait, we didn’t have one! It seats about 1200 or so and I won’t be surprised if it’s a full house tonite.

So what about my show, Every Woman: A Tribute To The DIVAS? Not to worry, she’s still a go. This tour happened to come at just the right time and will definitely help me get back into fighting shape. The first showcase is still November 4, but the show has already been booked for October 21 in Leesburg, FL. Very excited about that!

Stay tuned for more stories from the road. And be sure to check my website for all performance date info. Hopefully, you’ll see me soon in a town near you:)
